What do you need to be an entrepreneur?
Desire to do something and courage to do it!
 
What did inspire you to start your business?
My desire to prove that it is possible to create innovative businesses in Brazil based on transparency, honesty and shared knowledge.

How did you finance it?
With little saves and sweat equity to my partners.
 
Being Hispanic… Does it have any influence on your business?
No, it doesn't. Digital entrepreneurs are global.
 
In the face of adversity, how do you decide to keep going?
I always remember that adversity is part of the game and that will be not the first or the last that I will see it in my life. The good part is that we become stronger after facing it.

What is the biggest challenge your business has faced?
To find the best team and entrepreneur’s to work with.
 
If you could change one thing about your business, what would it be?
Our current business is brand new and we are still running its first cycle. But we love to learn and we're not afraid of changing our business.
 
What was your childhood ambition?
To change the World.

All of them.

What sacrifices on your personal life did you have to make in order to become a business success?
Not go to the beach very often while living in a city like Rio de Janeiro.

Is it difficult to be unconventional?
No, it's not... if you don't spend all your time trying to be like others.
 
Biggest mistake made?
Work in projects I didn’t believe.
 
Do you consider yourself an innovator? Why?
Yes, because I like to think and implement solutions to problems people don’t even know that exist.
